Anne promotes the practice in smaller groups allowing her to bring a focused attention to each participant. More than an experience, these sessions represent an opportunity to connect with oneself and transfer the insights into daily life. Anne is skilled in the adaptation of her courses based on the level of each participant.

Built on the principles of bodily alignment that ensure the safety of participants, the courses always feature these four elements:

  1. Presentation of a theme
  2. Breath awareness
  3. Poses
  4. Relaxation and re-visiting of the theme to integrate the learning.

Prior to undertaking individual practice, Anne will take the time to have a discussion so that she can appreciate your needs and expectations. An assessment will be prepared and together we design a plan for your yoga journey with timelines. Private practice then becomes a way to enjoy a customized learning experience, centred on your specific needs.
