Immerse yourself in mindfulness amid the great outdoors. The destination is de-termined on Wednesday, subject to the weather. Different mindfulness exercises will be proposed. A wonderful opportunity to be in touch with nature while learning meditation techniques. These exercises can be done whenever you wish or you can join the Thursday morning get-together which starts with reminders about the exercise and is followed by the silent walk. Following the presence in nature, the participants are invited to share on a Facebook group if they wish. An optional monthly Zoom meeting allows for the sharing of the experiences and learnings.
